Two Decades in Warkworth

John Allen began his legal career in Wellsford, before working in South Auckland across criminal, family court and conveyancing matters, and later moving to Takapuna to join the partnership of one of Auckland’s oldest law firms and help grow its Warkworth office.

Since 2002, John has practised independently — at times with various partners — building a firm focused on land development, property, business law, and wills, trusts and estates across Auckland and Northland. His approach is straightforward: practical advice, explained in plain English, from someone who lives and works in this community.

Part of the Community

Outside the office, John has been honorary solicitor for numerous local clubs and associations, and was President of Warkworth Rotary in 2000–2001 after more than twenty years as a member. Being part of Warkworth means understanding the people, businesses and land in this district — not just the law.
